Bluebeerry Beer Bread

I used the remaining Blueberry Beer from the pancakes and some of Hucklebuck Brewings Honey Orange Wheat Beer. I have a really simple beer bread recipe I use, so I added the fruity beers and more sugar to make the beer sweet.

Blueberry Beer Bread

3 cups AP Flour
5 Tbsp Sugar
8 oz Fruity Wheat Beer
2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Pecans

1. Mix sugar and flour together and slowly add beer.
2. Add nuts until all combined. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan
3. Cook at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and brush butter onto crust and sprinkle with extra sugar. Cook for 10 additional minutes.
